Do you charge by the hour? No. We never charge by the hour. After reviewing photos and videos of your property — or visiting in person — we provide a fixed, closed quote based on your specific needs. How long until everything is dry? Most sofas and chairs are dry within 6 - 12 hours. Carpets usually take 6 to 24 hours. Opening windows and doors to let air in will help speed this up.
