  • What is included in the monthly report? After every visit we send you a message or email with photos of each area we have checked, and we flag anything that needs your attention.

  • Can I add extra services? Yes. We can also include regular cleaning, laundry, welcoming guests, holding a spare key and coordinating with other contractors — just ask us and we will put together the right package for you.

  • What happens if there is an emergency? We respond as quickly as possible, organise the right professionals (plumber, electrician, locksmith) and keep you updated throughout. You won't have to manage it from abroad.

  • Do you keep a key to my property? Yes — with your permission, we hold one set of keys securely. This allows us to enter for monthly visits, emergencies and any agreed services.

  • Can you manage my property for holiday rentals? Our service is focused on looking after unoccupied properties. For managing holiday bookings and guests, we recommend a specialist rental agency — but we can provide all the cleaning and maintenance they need to work with.
